How to receive your order
All our movies and video clips are delivered digitally. After successful payment by credit or debit card, you will immediately receive your order via download link in the confirmation mail as well as here on this website in your customer account.
When paying by bank transfer, we need to process your order manually. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. As soon as we receive your payment, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with the download link. You can also find your video files here on this website in your customer account. If you don't hear from us, check your spam folder. Unfortunately it can happen that the confirmation mail is filtered out.
When paying with cryptocurrency, it may take a while until you receive your download links. This is due to the speed of the blockchain, not us. In any case, please check your spam folder even when paying with cryptocurrency if you still haven't received an email with your download links after some time.
Please download your newly purchased movies and video clips immediately. After the confirmation email is sent to you, you have 7 days to download the videos. If the download fails, you will have two more attempts to download your video.
You will automatically get the existing lower resolution versions. If you buy the HD version, you can also download the SD version. If you buy the 4K version, you can also download the HD and SD version.
For orders from the Canary Islands, an additional 7% IGIC (Canary Islands turnover tax) is due.
Our films and videos are digital products. These are excluded from return.
